The Diplomat Oceanfront Residences celebrated their groundbreaking under the stars while overlooking the lighted construction site from the oceanfront patio of The Westin Diplomat Resort and Spa™. Both Ian Kramer, Project Manager at the Diplomat Residences, and Hollywood Mayor Mara Giulianti delivered words of welcome before inviting several Taylor Woodrow executives, the Diplomat design team, and city officials down the carpeted runway to the site. It was there that they donned their hard hats and shovels to pose for the traditional groundbreaking photos. Guests viewed the proceedings from the party site.
