Hollywood Beach CRA Adds Code Enforcement Inspector

The Hollywood Beach Community Redevelopment Agency recently hired the first of two new Code Enforcement officers/inspectors to supplement the enforcement of the City Code of Ordinances within the Beach District.

Martin Bertuzzi, a former Hollywood Beach Ranger, already has taken on the duties of the new position, and an additional Code Enforcement officer will be coming on board soon.

Beach CRA Executive Director Gil Martinez said the entire beach area will benefit from these extra sets of eyes while Hollywood Beach is in the midst of a redevelopment renaissance, with public improvements totaling more than $120 million underway.

“The addition of these two Beach CRA employees will further enhance and support our beach redevelopment initiatives by ensuring that all residential and commercial properties are properly maintained and in code compliance during this period of unprecedented revitalization on Hollywood Beach,” Martinez said.
